Attorney and candidate for N.C. State Senate District 49 Ben Scales announced that he will be holding a press conference regarding the recent City Council decision that allows the rezoning of the Flatiron Building for hotel use. The conference will begin at 2 p.m. in front of the flatiron sculpture at 2 Wall Street and 16 Battery Park Avenue.
