Police Chief Blair Myhand invites the Hendersonville community to get involved with their local police department. HPD is looking to create a Citizen Advisory Group to build connections with residents, receive feedback, and create a model to generate ideas and solutions alongside the community.“The specific details of how this group will function haven’t yet been determined,” said Police Chief Blair Myhand, “but we want it to grow organically and be representative of all segments of the community.” The meeting on May 24th will assist the department in gauging interest and developing ideas for moving forward.What: Citizen Advisory Group Interest MeetingWhen: Monday, May 24, 2021, at 6:00 PMWhere: Hendersonville Middle School – 825 N.
