What: A free public talk by Karen Brinson Bell, the Executive Director of the NC State Board of Elections
When: Tuesday, September 19 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: The Blue Ridge South Room at UNCA’s Highsmith Student Union; 700 Founders Drive, Asheville
Why you want to be there: As the top election administrator in the state, Ms. Bell will discuss the implications of the many recent voting law changes and proposals in NC and take questions from the audience.
