If you’ve made your list, but haven’t quite checked it twice, there’s still time to find local gifts for your friends and family. Holiday arts and crafts markets, both near and far, have everything from jewelry to pottery and jams to woolen creations.

It’s impossible to pick just one, so here’s a roundup of a craft fairs throughout the region. If you know of other holiday markets this weekend or in the future, add them in the comments.

Arts2People Holiday Market will be held daily through Dec. 24. It will feature glass, wood, clothing, jewelry and pottery at 91 Biltmore Ave. Info:

The Asheville City Holiday Market will feature baked goods, meats, eggs and more on Saturdays through Dec. 17 at 161 S. Charlotte St. Info:

Black Mountain Center for the Arts will present a teacher/student exhibit and pottery market, showcasing works by teachers and students from BMCA Clay Studio. Pieces for purchase through Thursday, Dec. 22. Info: or 669-0930.

A craft fair to benefit C.D. Owen Middle School will feature pottery, metalwork and woodwork, along with music, food and a raffle. Held on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at 730 Old US 70, Swannanoa. Info: 686-7917.
