Funny business in Asheville Saturday night

Looking for a way to warm up your funny bones on Saturday night? Author and stand-up comic Greg Brown (pictured), one of the organizers of the Laugh Your Asheville Off comedy series, will be joined by Charlotte comedian Joe Zimmerman at the Asheville Community Theatre’s 35Below (35 E. Walnut Street).

The pair will perform twice — once at 7 p.m. and once at 9 p.m. And the $7 ticket price gets you more than a night of jokes: Both shows will be recorded live, and attendees will receive a CD of the funny stuff a few days after the show.
