Here’s an alternative (or embellishment) to your Moogfest Halloween weekend: RogueFest 2011 takes over The Garage at Biltmore (101 Fairview Rd., Asheville) tonight and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday, Oct. 29 and 29).
The event “will be focusing on an amazing local & regional lineup with a molecule shaking 40,000 watts,” says the Facebook invite. “Join us for 2 Nights in a row – {!!GO ROGUE!!} – for a full throttle multimedia electronic extravaganza of massive sound, music, dancing, full laser show, projected visuals, live painting, art, performance, local brews and a damn good time.”
Tickets are $10 per night or $15 for both nights.
