Owen middle school principal resigns
According to the Asheville Citizen-Times, Less than three weeks after a teacher at Owen Middle School was arrested on charges of taking indecent liberties with a student and secret peeping, the school’s principal has submitted her resignation. Veteran educator Vicky Matthews, who led the school since 2005, is stepping down effective June 30.
