6th Annual Earth Day Film: “Tomorrow” screening on April 17th

Press release from Lenoir-Rhyne University:

At 6:30 p.m. on April 17th, Lenoir-Rhyne University Asheville, in partnership with The Organic Growers School, will be hosting a film screening of “Tomorrow,” a documentary directed by Cyril Dion and Melanie Laurent.

“Tomorrow” deals with issues linked to climate change, and optimistically identifies concrete solutions to the environmental and social issues the earth’s population faces in the 21st century, be they related to agriculture, energy, education, and/or governance.

The film will be followed by a discussion of activities already taking place in the Asheville region, and will highlight strategies that can be utilized by local residents.

Refreshments will be served.

This event is Free and open to the public.
