Press release from AdventHealth Hendersonville:
AdventHealth Hendersonville is once again partnering with Franklin Covey for its Community Leadership Development Initiative.
This year, they will present The Speed of Trust: The One Thing That Changes Everything.
This workshop is designed to help leaders increase their personal credibility and practice specific behaviors that increase trust. Attendees will learn a new language and a set of behaviors applicable to real work so that they can create and sustain high-trust work environments and cultures.
“In our third year of the Community Leadership Initiative, we are building on our commitment to create intentional opportunities to develop leadership and organizational skills in, not only the people who are part of the AdventHealth family, but also members of the communities in which we live and provide care,” said Todd Gothberg, AdventHealth Hendersonville Director of Organizational Development. “We are excited to have Gary Richins as our featured Franklin Covey Facilitator for Leading at the Speed of Trust. Gary comes to us with more than 25 years of leading 1000+ sessions for Franklin Covey, and he is an AdventHealth favorite having facilitated several sessions in our health system.”
AdventHealth Hendersonville is excited to share that proceeds from this event will benefit the Henderson County Education Foundation and its Leader In Me program which teaches crucial skills to the youngest members of our communities who are in line to become our future leaders.
