Anything That Floats Parade registration is open

Gather your friends, family or co-workers and join us for the Anything That Floats Parade! This event challenges teams to showcase their creativity by building “anything
that floats” and navigating it up the French Broad. Judges will award prizes in categories, including the funniest, greenest and wackiest float.

The Anything that Floats Parade is a featured event of RiverFest to be held at New Belgium Brewery. This family-friendly event will feature three live bands, food trucks, & craft beer. Festival goers will be able to view the wacky rafts, inflatables and vessels from the New Belgium grounds and greenway below. Floaters are encouraged to join the festivities after taking-out at the new Craven St. dock.

Date: Saturday August 18th Starting at 12 PM
Put-in Location: Hominy Creek River Park
Registration Fee: $25 per float
