APD arrests Sky City BBQ owner

Kenneth Terry, owner of Sky City BBQ on Haywood Road in West Asheville was arrested on Thursday and charged with stealing a BBQ smoker from a restaurant in Virginia.

Terry was arrested last year in Georgetown, South Carolina. According to Georgetown Police, Terry is accused of soliciting sex from underage boys at a restaurant he owned there. WMBF-TV reports Terry is also accused of paying young people to perform sexual acts then uploading the videos to the internet.
