APD requests help locating Charlene Osceno Lunger and Lyla Marie Conklin

Press release from the Asheville Police Department:

The Asheville Police Department is requesting help from the public to locate two missing persons, Charlene Osceno Lunger and Lyla Marie Conklin.

Charlene was last heard from by her mother on March 3, 2018, and last seen in the downtown area. She was reported missing on April 9, 2018. Charlene is described as a black female, 30 years of age, approximately 5’6″ tall and 170 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She has several tattoos on her feet, arms and back.

Lyla was last seen on April 24, 2018, at her residence in East Asheville. She was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. Lyla is described as a white female, 13 years of age, 5’7″ tall and approximately 180 lbs. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Charlene Osceno Lunger or Lyla Marie Conklin, they are encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Crime Stoppers at (828) 255-5050.
