Arden call center hiring 50 new positions

From a press release:

Guthy|Renker names GRFS Global Development Center: Arden Call Center Expanding Again

The Arden facility of Guthy|Renker Fulfillment Services has been selected as the Global Development Center for marketing heavyweight Guthy|Renker, LLC, the company announced on Tuesday.

“We’re excited that among all the possible locations for the worldwide development center, Arden was selected for our superior achievements and outstanding staff,” said Debbie Jones, Senior Director of Training, Certification, Development and Quality for Guthy|Renker.

“The training team and managers here are extremely talented, so it makes sense that Guthy|Renker wants to use those people to create the programs and incubate new initiatives for our customer contact partners around the world,” said Jones.

GRFS competes with outside partners for the call center business, she explained, so the success of the Arden team was based on demonstrated accomplishments, rather than family ties or ownership.

In addition to the Global Development Center, the Arden site is also home to Guthy|Renker’s Global Command Center, which monitors and controls call center traffic for the company’s domestic and international marketing programs using cloud technology.

The company is currently hosting a job fair to help fill 50 new positions Thursday, Friday and Monday July 25th, 26th & 29th at its 1845 Brevard Road headquarters in Arden. 30 of the new positions are a combination of salary and commission for inbound sales for a technology company owned by Guthy|Renker. The remaining positions are in the call center customer service and @Home agent programs.

Applicants may also visit the company’s website www.grfs.com to apply online.
