Presentation from U.S. SBA economic development specialist on SBA’s programs and services and how you can access these resources.

Have a Headshot?
Local photographer Juileta Fumberg is offering short headshot sessions for small business to help you put your best face forward.
$100 per session; registration required.

Smart Series: Keeping Your Business Moving Forward
Our Director of Venture Asheville Jeffrey Kaplan will help you explore the skill sets you need to navigate the turbulence of running a business. learn how to level-up yourself  to keep your business moving forward, no matter what environment you find yourself in.

NCDOT Office of Civil Rights is hosting a Community Engagement Event for contractors, consultants and other businesses interested in working with NCDOT. The event will discuss contracting opportunities and how you can get involved. Community partners will also be on hand to share information on how you can grow your capacity.

8:30-10:30 a.m. at Western Carolina University at Biltmore Park
Anyone who wants to learn new marketing skills or reach potential customers online will learn about search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and social media marketing. Demming Bass, official speaker for the Grow With Google program, will unveil a strategy that can get your organization, business, or event in front of your target audience.
