From the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce: 

The eviction moratorium has expired. And business rents and mortgage are coming due.

Panelists:

  • Chris Murrey, Chief Loan Officer, Mountain Bizworks
  • Joe Ward, Regional Executive, First Bank
  • Stephanie West, Commercial Broker, Whitney Commercial Real Estate

Panelists will address rent and leasing issues, options for renegotiating and available relief.

    Ahhhh…commercial rents, not residential. More proof that Asheville wants to change its image. No more low-income, right? I just lost my home of several years because my landlord is a greedy creepy dude with more money than he knows what to do with. Thanks bunches Asheville. Can’t wait to get the hell out of this pretentious land of entitled rich people.
