If you didn’t make it out to WNC Battle of the Burger last weekend — or if you’re just looking for a way to incorporate one more burger into your week — take note: Burger Burger Burger of Asheville Cheeseburger Club is hosting a pop-up dinner at MG Road on Thursday, Aug. 27, from 5:30-10:30 p.m.
Burger engineer Joe Gavin is the chef behind these sandwiches, which feature beef and bacon from Apple Brandy Farm plus challah buns, pickles and sauces that are all house-made. He tops each farm-fresh creation with American cheese, arugula, red onion and tomato.
