aSHEville Museum, a women’s cultural museum located at 35 Wall St. in downtown Asheville, has invited the public to its first-year-anniversary celebration, tonight, Thursday, July 16, from 6-8 p.m. The event will include an evening of live music, featuring local singer and emmy nominee Kat Williams, plus the opening of two new exhibits: “Her Nobel Words – The Women Laureates of the Nobel Peace Prize” and “Faces of Appalachia.” The museum will also provide light hors d’oeuvres & sangria.
