Asheville Outlets is pleased to announce an exciting lineup of events for Holiday 2021 including a Tree Lighting celebration on Sat., November 27 at 6 p.m. Throughout the holidays, shoppers are welcome to enjoy festive events and wonderful opportunities to help make the holidays brighter for those in need.
Annual Ingles Giving Tree at Asheville Outlets, Mon. November 22 – This holiday season help local families struggling with hunger and visit the 29th Annual Ingles Giving Tree at Asheville Outlets, benefitting MANNA FoodBank. Laura Ingle will be there in person to light the tree, which will be broadcast live on WLOS, from 5:30-6 p.m., and streaming live on WLOS’ website. Located in the food court of the center, donation bins will be available throughout the holiday season for food donations, and a QR code provides shoppers the ability to make a monetary donation. For every dollar donated, MANNA can provide 4 meals to people facing hunger; for every $5 donated, 20 meals are provided for people in need.
Tree Lighting, Sat., November 27 — Sponsored by Paramount Kia, with the tree lighting at 6:00 pm. in center circle in front of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Home Furnishings. iHeart Radio will broadcast live starting at 4:00 p.m. leading up to the lighting countdown. Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 3:30 p.m. — 6:30 p.m. Enjoy festive music from the Enka High School Marching Band. Help a child in need by bringing an unwrapped children’s toy to benefit Martha’s Kids Charity Organization.
FREE Photos with Santa – Visit Asheville Outlets for FREE photos with Santa by TapSnap Phototainment from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sun., November 28, and Saturdays and Sundays, December 4 and 5, December 11 and 12, and December 18 and 19. Located in the center circle in front of Nike Factory Store. Visitors receive one FREE 4” by 6” photo and digital download of a single image (while supplies last).
Festive Holiday Photo Spots are located throughout Asheville Outlets at the Santa Set in the Food Court, the Fire Fountain in front of the Food Court, the Ornament Light Display at the Green Arch entrance, and at the Christmas Tree located in center circle at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Home Furnishings.
Toys for Tots Drive – Help bring joy to children in need by participating in the WNC Marine Corps and iHeart Media Toys for Tots Drive from Thurs., November 18 through Sat., November 20 in front of Sportsman’s Warehouse. Donations of new, unwrapped toys can be made at the annual Toys for Tots Drive Marathon at the center.
Blood Donations Drives – Fri., November 26, from 11:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. at the American Red Cross Blood Drive Mobile Bus in the parking lot behind Food Court, Sat., November 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Blood Connection Mobile Blood Drive in the parking lot behind the food court and Fri., December 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the American Red Cross Blood Drive Mobile Bus in the parking lot behind the food court.
