Asheville Outlets to hold charitable preview night, April 30

Asheville Outlets will hold its Open Doors Open Hearts charity preview night on the evening before the center’s May 1 grand opening. Guests are invited to enjoy “shopping, exclusive savings, prize giveaways and entertainment,” while supporting nearly two dozen local nonprofits on Thursday, April 30, from 5-9 p.m.

“[The event] will be packed full of shopping, entertainment, food and fun! Guests will get a sneak peak at the new stores and exclusive special discounts that they can use during grand opening weekend. Plus, it is a great way to give back to the community and support your favorite charity” says Sharon Morgan, general manager of Asheville Outlets.

The event costs $20 per person with 100 percent of ticket sales benefiting local charities like Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry, American Cancer Society NE TN/Relay for Life, Arc of Buncombe County, Asheville High School Band, Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission, Blue Ridge Music Trails of North Carolina Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue, Council on Aging of Buncombe County, Flat Rock Playhouse, Friends of Connect Buncombe, Hope Chest for Women, MANNA Food Bank, March of Dimes, Marine Corps League Asheville Detachment, Meals on Wheels of Asheville and Buncombe County Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Pisgah Legal Services, the Salvation Army of Asheville and Buncombe County United Way.
