UPDATE: ADP suspect Nathan Thomas Miller located

Update from Asheville Police Department July 30, 2021: 

Nathan Thomas Miller was located and arrested. He was released from jail after making a $3500 unsecured bond.

Press release from Asheville Police Department: 

Asheville, NC (July 26, 2021): When a homeowner returned to his home, he found Nathan Thomas Miller had broken into his home and was still inside with a bag full of items he intended to steal. The owner approached Miller and a short fight occurred. Miller fled on foot before officers arrived. This happened at approximately 8:50 p.m. on July 24.

Detectives need your help to locate Miller, who has two open warrants for felony breaking and entering and assault and battery. He is an 18-year-old, white man, 5’8″, and approximately 140 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
