From All-Star Powerhouse at Keller Williams:

Over $330,000 back to HEROES from the #1 Homes For Heroes Broker affiliate in the country; Rowena Patton’s All-Star Powerhouse (ASPH) @ Keller Williams

Rowena Patton’s All-Star Powerhouse (ASPH) is a real estate team with its HQ in Asheville NC, with sister teams in Charleston SC, and Jacksonville FL – with a BIG goal – to give back a million dollars to Community Servers.

Rowena Patton’s All-Star Powerhouse has now hit the $330,000 target back to clients, with aim set to be the first Realtor team to give back one million dollars.

Based in Asheville NC, Black Mountain NC, Charleston SC, and Jacksonville FL, ASPH Agents and Staff are delighted to give back part of their commission to help our local HEROES. Other Vendors in the real estate transaction also help our heroes with free appraisals for their mortgage, discounts on inspections and appraisals, and discounts on building a new home.

Says Tyler Elstrom, Operations Manager on the ASPH team:

“It’s amazing to give back to our heroes in the area! I have always appreciated what teachers, military, healthcare workers, firefighters, and police do and now I have a way to show them!

Elstrom adds: I will gladly give back my commission to those that keep our community strong!

Says, Crystal Wolfe, Concierge Lead Broker for Rowena Patton’s All-Star Powerhouse

“Every day I have the privilege of talking with clients who serve our community about local real estate. It’s rewarding to hear the excitement and genuine gratitude in their voices when I share the details of this great program. They give so much to Western North Carolina each day; this is our way of giving back to them.”

Reese Morgani, Head of the Buyer Division adds:- “I am truly honored to work with our Hero professionals relocating in our area. Giving back a rebate on our commission to those who have given so much on our behalf is only one of the ways we show our appreciation. It is my pleasure to make this transition process seamless and rewarding on all accounts. Thank you Heroes we hope to see more of you soon!”

Patton concludes: “We are on a mission to give back a MILLION dollars, and we are already a third of the way there. Who can help?”

  1. Yep

It’s simply affinity marketing which used to be shunned, if not considered unethical, by realtors – ‘back in the day’ . There’s a definite marketing method to push this kind of ‘program’ . Her radio ads are confusing. She’s had one house listed for nearly one year that hasn’t sold and she has not bought it yet either. Glad she’s riding that giant KW wave, rah-rah.
