From Black Mountain News:

Hunters in the Western North Carolina mountains will soon be able to hunt bear with the aid of unprocessed food bait, hunt deer with bows and arrows on Sundays on private land and fish new catch-and-release trout waters if changes being proposed by the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission are approved.
