Community benefits from 2014 Cycle to Farm to tune of $60,000

As the dust settled from another successful ride, Cycle to Farm organizer and Black Mountain resident Jennifer Billstrom began crunching the numbers to measure the unique event’s impact on the local economy.

The 62-mile ride that takes cyclists on a scenic tour of the area that includes six local farms where participants can purchase goods, attracted 250 people this year.
