Buncombe County announces special meeting Tuesday, June 18

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Buncombe County has called a special meeting in order to call a closed session of the Board pursuant to NCGS §143-318.11(a)(6) to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18 at 200 College Street, Room 326, in downtown Asheville, North Carolina; following the conclusion of the personnel matter the Board will continue the special meeting and return to open session in order to interview applicants for the Strategic Partnership Grants Committee.
