Buncombe County Board of Adjustment meeting will take place on August 12

Notice of public hearing from Buncombe County Planning & Development:

This is to inform you that the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment will hold virtual public hearings on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 9:00 AM to consider the following application:

ZPH2020-00013 – Pinner / Airport: Jared Merrill of the Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority, on behalf of James Elmore, has applied for a Variance from §78-642, Table 2: Dimensional Requirements (Minimum Rear Setback) of the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County to accommodate an existing single family residential home on tax lot PIN 9643274768 (70 Pinner Rd);

ZPH2020-00014- Quail Hollow: Charlie Heritage of South Creek Development, LLC, on behalf of Pamela Wolfe, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a), 678(b)(6) Conditional Use Standards, to establish a Planned Unit Development (Level 1) for 56 multi-family apartment units on tax lot PIN 9653-65-3495 (115 Bagwell Mill Rd);

ZPH2020-00016- Virginia Commons/Baldwin: Warren Sugg of Civil Design Concepts, on behalf of Baldwin Commons Developers, LLC, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County, Sec. 78-641(a), 678(b)(6) Conditional Use Standards, to establish a Planned Unit Development (Level 1) for 47 single-family townhome units on tax lot PIN 9653-88-2362 (101 Baldwin Rd).

THIS MEETING WILL BE A VIRTUAL HEARING. Anyone may watch the hearing online. Those wishing to participate in the hearing should inform the County Planning Department in writing at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
