Press release from Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office:
The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing person from the Candler area of Buncombe County.
Johnny Lee Guye is 47 years old, approximately 5’ 10” and 181 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. Mr. Guye was last seen on November 18 around 6:45 a.m. near his residence in Candler. Mr. Guye has dementia as well as other cognitive impairments and may be attempting to travel to the Gastonia area.
Anyone with information about the location of Mr. Guye is asked to contact the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 250-6670.
