Call for Artists: Weaverville Art in Autumn Outdoor Arts and Crafts Festival

Weaverville, NC – The Weaverville Business Association and Art in Autumn Committee are actively seeking artist exhibitor applications for the 15th annual Weaverville Art In Autumn Festival, taking place on Main St., Weaverville, NC on September 17th, 2022, 10 am – 6 pm. Applications are now being accepted via www.zapplication.org through June 15th, 2022.

Artists will be juried to receive awards of $1000 for best of show, $500 for second place, and $250 for third, as well as four $50 honorable mentions. This year’s judge is Whitney Richardson, the Associate Curator for the Asheville Art Museum.

Art in Autumn is presented by the Weaverville Business Association and the Town of Weaverville. This well established show is considered one of the premier fine art and craft shows in the southeast, with a large fan base and consistently high attendance rates. The 114 artists hosted at the show will be greeted by a proactive team of volunteers to assist with load in and break down, booth sitting and other assistance.
