Resolution authorizing a contract amendment with S&S Management Group (d/b/a GuardOne Security) for security guards at the City of Asheville parking facilities. Adopted Unanimously

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend the contract with Passport Labs Inc. for the City to utilize several new enforcement tools, including license plate based enforcement of time-limited spaces, and a Web-based parking permit management platform. Adopted Unanimously
