MONTFORD CENTER COMPLEX MASTER PLAN

Public Drop-In Meeting June 3, 2014

ASHEVILLE, NC – The City of Asheville Parks and Recreation Department is developing a master plan for improvements of the Montford Center Complex, and planning for future programs at the Montford Recreation Center and surrounding park.  The final public input session will be Tuesday, June 3, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Montford Center, located at 34 Pearson Drive.

The concept master plan for the Montford Center Complex, based on earlier public input, will be available for final public comment. The public is also invited to participate in a survey to help steer future programming at the Montford Center and the surrounding park. Anyone who completes a survey will be entered into a drawing for a Parks and Recreation Department goody bag. The survey drawing will occur at the meeting, and survey participants must be present to win.
