“Come in to Zambra to eat tonight! All of the profits and server tips will be donated to an awesome family who have had some rough times. Bartender Angie Dahm is pregnant and is having to have a C-section on Wednesday and her partner Erik just severed his Achilles and can’t work. They both work in the service industry so nobody gets maternity leave and the money they saved for Angie’s time off has largely gone towards Achilles tendon surgery. Come eat delicious food and help Angie stay home with her baby!”
