Evergreen Community Charter School hosts information session on Feb. 26

Press release from Evergreen Community Charter School:

Evergreen Community Charter School will host an information session for prospective families on Wednesday, February 26, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The event will be held in the school’s gym.

As a free public charter school, all students eligible for enrollment in a North Carolina public school are eligible for enrollment at Evergreen. The period to complete the lottery form is January 1 through March 31 at 5 p.m. Online forms must be completed by March 31 at 5 p.m. Forms are also available in the Main Office.

In an effort to increase diversity in Evergreen’s student body, children who are considered “economically disadvantaged” now have enrollment priority. The Board of Directors will determine the number of open seats per grade level to be reserved in the next lottery for these students.
