PRESS RELEASE from Falderal Winery
HENDERSONVILLE, NC – Falderal Winery is open through February 28. A selection of the winery’s small-batch wines is still available, however, and wine-making and beer-making supplies and gift items are on sale at 20 percent off the regular price. An assortment of wine racks and other floor items are available for purchase. The winery is located in downtown Hendersonville at 131 Third Avenue West. Phone 693-7676 for more information.
“We have closed the tasting room, but our bottled wines are still available until they are gone,” Paul Kovacich, Falderal’s winemaster, reported. “February 28 will be our last day of business, but folks may contact us at the business phone number in March. We invite our customers to come by and get a last bottle of Falderal wine.”
Falderal Winery opened its doors in 2010 and produced award-winning small-batch wines in the winery below the retail shop on Third Avenue West in Hendersonville. The Cork and Cap, a subsidiary providing supplies and products to homebrewers and home wine-makers, opened in 2013. Falderal Winery was cosponsor of the first WNC Wine and Music Festival, held in 2013.
