John Fox discusses poetry as medicine at Malaprop’s, April 14

Certified poetry therapist John Fox will discuss his work and sign books at Malaprop’s on Tuesday, April 14 at 7 p.m. Fox is the founder of the Institute for Poetic Medicine, a nonprofit dedicated to healing the body, mind, and spirit through the creative and therapeutic process of hearing and writing poetry. He is the author of Poetic Medicine: The Healing Art of Poem-Making and Finding What You Didn’t Lose: Expressing Your Truth and Creativity through Poem-Making.
