Press release from Lioness Press:
Not long ago, people in their thirties, forties and fifties might have believed they were “too young” to retire. That conventional wisdom is being brushed aside as more people 50s and under are realizing their dreams of retiring early.
Asheville resident Eric Gaddy, creator of the DIAL into Early Retirement System, has realized it himself and utilized his twenty-four years as a financial advisor to write Retire Early: What Are You Waiting For? This book shares insights on seizing your freedom and doing what you want, when you want. Readers will learn how to get their debt, income, assets, and lifestyle in order as part of their retirement planning.
“It’s about taking control of your life,” commented Eric Gaddy, who is pleased to be hosted by his local bookstore, Malaprop’s, on September 6, 2018, at 6 p.m. “I’ve been a resident of Asheville for the past 23 years, and our city has changed so much over the years. Malaprop’s has had a longstanding commitment to our community, long before I arrived in Asheville, and for that, I want to thank them.”
Society pushes us to think that you can’t retire until you’re 65 years old, but Gaddy seeks to change that mindset. At 48 years old, he is currently enjoying retirement on his terms, and he seeks to help others realize it as well and create a purposeful and fulfilling retirement. His book includes tips, tricks, and techniques to help you:
- Be confident in your retiring early decision.
- Learn how to overcome the healthcare cost obstacle.
- Know how retiring early affects your social security.
- Learn how to retire from your corporate job but still work on your terms and enjoy life.
- See how other people are simplifying their lives and enjoying their retirement through mobile lifestyles or expat living.
- And so much more.
So please join us at Malaprop’s Bookstore, 55 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC, on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 6 p.m. for a lively Q&A with author Eric Gaddy and a representative from Lioness Press. Visit www.malaprops.com for more information.
