From The Campaign to Elect Martin Ramsey:
Aug. 14th, 2013- The Campaign to Elect Martin Ramsey will be holding an open organizing meeting in West Asheville at the West End Bakery. The event will begin at 5 pm, this coming Saturday, Aug. 17th. The campaign team invites citizens of Asheville to attend and plug into the volunteer effort.
“Please take the opportunity to come down and voice your concerns and ideas and learn how to help our campaign and city,” said mayoral candidate Martin Ramsey, “Let’s seize the moment and organize to create a better and more just home.”
Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided, donations to the campaign can be dropped off, and signup for volunteer coordination will follow a meet and greet with the campaign team.
