More about The Menopause Café

The Menopause Café, a global charity started in Scotland in 2017, is a discussion group: no talks, no experts — topics are chosen by participants.

“The Café is to share stories, experiences and questions,” says Rachel Weiss, founder. “People can listen, or join in, hopefully leaving with a clearer sense of the impact of menopause on those experiencing it, and their families, friends and colleagues.”

Menopause Café Asheville is organized by Lisa Witler. “We’re thrilled to continue this series and facilitate these critical conversation,” Lisa said. “Once again, all are welcome for an open, informal chat around this universal experience for females.”
