Mission Health Partners’ network grows exponentially

Adding 550 specialists to the existing pool of 275 primary care physicians already in the Accountable Care Organization attached to Mission Hospital triples the care providers in the network.

The idea behind the network is to offer doctors the opportunity to coordinate care for patients they share with other doctors. To join the ACO network doctors trade some of their autonomy by following the guidelines of the network, for access to the shared data on patients.
