Asheville, NC – The City of Asheville Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for the 2015 Hot August Night 5K Race to be held Saturday, August 15 at 7:00 p.m. The race begins and ends in front of the Montford Recreation Center located at 34 Pearson Drive with a winding 3.1-mile course throughout the beautiful and historic Montford community. Registration is $20 for adults and $15 for youth. Early registrations before August 8 receive a $5 discount and the first 150 to register receive a race t-shirt. Race day registration will be held onsite from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Register online, download a registration form or register in person at the Montford Recreation Center.
