Press release from Hands On!

Finish Line Festival at the 5th Annual Mad Mountain Mud Run

Hendersonville, NC –April 26, 2016
Want to see what all the mud is about at the Mad Mountain Mud Run? If you are curious about a mud run or just want to enjoy the muddy entertainment, attend the free Finish Line Festival on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from noon to 6pm. The festival is being held during the 5th Annual Mad Mountain Mud Run benefiting the Hands On! children’s museum. The community is invited to cheer on the muddy runners and enjoy food, beverages and entertainment.

The mud run is a 3+ mile mad and muddy, crazy and filthy obstacle course race in Hendersonville, NC’s Berkeley Park and surrounding forests. Geared toward racers of all abilities, the Mad Mountain Mud Run is one of the only races of its kind that lets participants pick the right heat in which to race, based on ability. Festival goers will celebrate the end of the mud run at the Finish Line Festival and welcome runners to much deserved food, drink and relaxing while enjoying great music by the Stipe Brothers.

Thank you to the food and drink vendors joining the festival: Finish Line BBQ, Mobile Global Bistro, and Amazing Pizza Co., Sierra Nevada and Flat Rock Ciderworks.
