Organic Growers School director Lee Warren to leave post in June

Announcement from Lee Warren, executive director of Organic Growers School:

Dear OGS Family,

I will be leaving OGS on June 5, 2020 after more than six years in the Executive Director role. I am so very grateful for having had the opportunity to serve the sustainable agriculture community in Western NC and the Southern Appalachians. Our organic growing community is the most creative, dedicated, earth-stewarding, and cooperative group of folks I have ever known. From my first OGS Spring Conference in 2002, to joining the staff in 2013, working with so many of you has been more than a pleasure, it has been life changing and enriching beyond imagination.

In addition, I’m so thrilled for the next chapter in the leadership of OGS. Both the OGS staff and board are beyond competent and excited to envision new horizons. Stay tuned. It’s very exciting to see what will emerge in the coming months and years.

Please consider supporting OGS in whatever ways you can. Volunteering and donating are two ways to keep YOUR local organic organization alive and thriving.

Much love & best wishes,
Lee Warren
