Pardee UNC Health Care opens adult and family medicine practice with ribbon cutting Sept. 26

In response to a growing demand for primary care services for children and adults, Pardee UNC Health Care is opening a new adult and family medicine practice in Laurel Park. Pardee Adult & Family Medicine will officially be introduced to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a meet and greet reception with physicians to follow on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 4 p.m.

The new practice is located at 1824 Pisgah Drive in Laurel Park, previously the site of Pardee Hematology and Oncology. The ribbon cutting ceremony is free and open to the public. A brief reception with light refreshments will follow the ceremony, and Drs. Tilden and Chin will be available to meet and talk with guests.

Pardee Adult & Family Medicine offers primary care medical services to adults and children of all ages. Family medicine physicians S. Grey Tilden, M.D., and Tanya Chin, M.D., are now accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, call 828-694-8427.

Pardee UNC Health Care is a not-for-profit community hospital founded in 1953 and is managed by UNC Health Care. The hospital is licensed for 222 acute care beds. Pardee has several locations separate from the main campus, including a comprehensive physician practice network, two urgent care locations and five orthopedic clinics.
