The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Asheville will participate in the UNC Boards of Trustees Workshop hosted by the UNC Board of Governors at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. The workshop will be held at the Hunt Library at North Carolina State University. The agenda for the workshop is available at https://unca.us6.list-manage.com/track/click?u=dad2896dc4b557853507ac5d5&id=ee7d3d48ce&e=b12cd365b4The meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24. In addition to committee members and staff who attend in person, other committee members and staff may participate in the meeting by simultaneous communication, including by conference telephone and vdeo.
Portions of this remote meeting will be streamed online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meeting are available to the public. The livestream of the meetings can be found here: https://www.pbsnc.org/watch/livestream/bog/. In instances where technical limitations prevent livestreaming, seats will be made available subject to room capacity limitations.
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only.
This meeting is subject to North Carolina’s Open Meetings Act, and certain agenda items may be considered in closed session, consistent with provisions of the Act.
