From press release:

Master-at-Arms Second Class Caroline Taylor, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA HR) physical security manager from Asheville and a 2006 graduate of Roberson High School, was recently named NSA HR’s Junior Sailor of the Year.

“The personal worth of this award means that I continue to push myself to exceed my own expectations, both personally and professionally,” said Taylor. “The Navy has been a rewarding career thus far, in which it brings daily challenges for me to learn and develop as an individual and a United States Sailor.”

Taylor has been in the Navy for over six years and serves as a watch commander and the Security Department’s sponsor coordinator.
