SBA Business Recovery Center now open at the Visitor Center

From Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce:

In partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Chamber established a Business Recovery Center to support local businesses affected by Hurricane Helene. The center, located at our Visitor Center (36 Montford Ave), is now open and provides in-person assistance for SBA disaster loan applications, helping business owners navigate the recovery process and access vital financial resources.
The Business Recovery Center operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also make an appointment. Whether you’re seeking guidance on disaster loans or looking for support in your recovery efforts, their specialists are ready to assist.
In addition to recovery services, we’ve also installed five portable toilets and handwashing stations to meet the immediate needs of those impacted by the storm. We’re here to help our community rebuild and recover—one step at a time.
For more information about SBA disaster assistance, visit the center or check out sba.gov/disaster.
