According to a text alert sent out by Buncombe County government today, a section of Biltmore Avenue between Swannanoa River Road and Brook Street will be closed Monday, Oct. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The closure is to enable repair of train tracks that cross the road just south of the French Broad River.
