ABOUT THE FOOD FAN RADIO SHOW:
Stu Helm has been writing about food in Asheville for 5 years, and began doing his twice-monthly podcast in June of 2015. In 2016, WPVM 103.7fm began rebroadcasting the show on public radio, and later that year, Stu moved production of the show to the WPVM recording studio, and bumped-up the schedule to a weekly format. Hosting up to 3 to 5 guests a week, including his long-time partner in podcasting , Chef Joe Scully, Stu has had a steady and ever expanding flow of Asheville’s food scene luminaries and unknowns alike. From farmers to food runner, and of course chefs, cooks, PR people, coffee roasters, wheat millers… anyone involved in the food scene is welcome on the Food Fan Radio Show!
