Vaya Health Board of Directors 2020 Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors of Vaya Health will conduct its Annual Board Retreat on Friday, January 24th beginning at 4:00 pm and January 25th beginning at 8:30 am at the Biltmore DoubleTree (115 Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, NC 28803), in the Vanderbilt Room.

The 2020 Schedule of Meetings is listed below and can be found on the Vaya Health website at https://www.vayahealth.com/get-to-know-us/transparency/board-of-directors/

2020 Vaya Health Board of Directors Meeting Schedule:
January 24-25
March 26
May 28 (Finance Committee Meeting Only)
June 25 (Budget Approval)
August 27
October 22
December 10

All Board Meetings are held at the Vaya Health Administrative Offices, located at 200 Ridgefield Court, Asheville, NC 28806 except for the Annual Retreat in January, which is located at the Biltmore DoubleTree in Asheville, NC.

Regular Meeting Schedule:
1:30 PM Executive Committee
2:30 PM Regulatory Compliance & Quality Committee
3:00 PM Finance Committee
4:30 PM Board of Directors Meeting

*Please note, the Executive Committee, Regulatory Compliance & Quality Committee and Finance Committee will not meet at the Annual Retreat in January. Committee meetings will resume on March 26, 2020.
