Vaya Health board plans Aug. 27 retreat

Notice from Vaya Health:

The Board of Directors of Vaya Health amended the 2021 Schedule of Meetings to extend the Aug. 26 meeting by an additional day. The Vaya Board of Directors will conduct a regular Board meeting on Thursday, Aug. 26 and a retreat session on Friday, Aug. 27, via electronic communication (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and WebEx).

2021 Vaya Health Board of Directors Meeting Schedule:

February 11-12 (Bylaws and Nominating Committee and Full Board Only)

March 25

May 27 (Finance Committee and Full Board Meetings Only)

June 24 (Public Comment on Budget)

August 26-27 (Executive, Finance and Full Board Only)

October 28

December 2

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Vaya currently offers PUBLIC ACCESS to Board meetings via electronic communication only (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and WebEx).

Regular Meeting Schedule:

  • 1:30 PM        Executive Committee
  • 2:30 PM        Regulatory Compliance & Quality Committee
  • 3:00 PM        Finance Committee
  • 4:30 PM        Board of Directors Meeting
