YMCA Resources Update

From YMCA of Western North Carolina:

  • Starting today (10/4) the Asheville YMCA is distributing food, water, and other emergency supplies (diapers, wipes, toiletries) daily from 10-5. WiFi and charging are available.
  • The Corpening Memorial YMCA in Marion is serving as an emergency shelter. They are open to the public from 2-6 daily for showers. WiFi and charging are available.
  • The Reuter Family YMCA in south Asheville is open for to the public from 10-5 daily for showers. The gym is open for basketball and general play. The playground and youth lounge are open (parental supervision required). WiFi and charging are available.
  • Our Mobile Food Markets are in action. Please follow https://www.facebook.com/ymcawnccommunityhealth for schedules. The Asheville Y will host a mobile food market tomorrow at 11 a.m.
