“Look at the person to your left and say, ‘Happy Humpday and Happy Moogfest!,'” yoga instructor Savannah Shray announces to her class.

Go Yoga is offering festival-goers a chance to get limbered up before the day gets into full swing or just take a moment to regroup after a night of shows. Moogfest will be sponsoring yoga classes at the studio — complete with a trance-inducing, Moog-inspired playlist — starting today and continuing Thursday and Friday.

The sessions are free and open to the public, though Moogfest ticket holders will be given preference. The class runs from 10-11 a.m. Go Yoga is located at 65 Biltmore Ave., underneath The Asheville Wine Market.
